AI Navigator

Find one useful place to start with AI.

You know AI could help, but you do not need another list of tools. Bring us a task that takes too much time. We will help you work out what is worth testing.

Discuss your AI idea

Start with the work. Then choose the technology.

We look at how the task works today, what information it needs and who checks the result. Sometimes AI fits. Sometimes a simpler automation is the better answer.

A clear first use case

Choose a task with a real owner and a result you can measure. For example, finding answers in reports or preparing a draft for review.

How we get started

  1. 01

    Bring a real task

Show us the current process and, where appropriate, a safe sample of the information involved.

  2. 02

    Check the fit

Compare AI, ordinary automation and changes to the process. Include accuracy, privacy and running costs.

  3. 03

    Agree the pilot

Set the scope, fee, deliverables and success measures before work starts.

  4. 04

    Make a decision

Use the findings to build, change direction or stop. You do not have to commit to a full development project.

A few things you may want to know

Is AI Navigator a software product?

No. It is a planning service to help you decide where AI belongs in your business and what to test first. Ask Joe is a separate product example.

How much does it cost?

The scope depends on the process and data we need to review. We agree the fee and deliverables before starting the assessment.

Will you build the solution too?

We can. The assessment and development are separate decisions, so you can review the plan before committing to a build.

Discuss your AI idea

Tell us what you have in mind. A short brief is enough to start.

Clear scope. Working reviews. An agreed plan for support.
