Who we are

Master Global Tech ("MGT", "we", "us") is a software engineering company with offices in Sydney, Australia and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our services, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, enquiry subject and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Your IP address and browser user agent are recorded with each enquiry, solely to detect and prevent automated spam.
• Anti-spam verification. We use Google reCAPTCHA v3 on the contact form. Google receives information about your interaction with the page in order to score it. Google's own privacy terms apply to that processing.

Why we collect it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to provide services you have engaged us for, and to protect the site from automated abuse. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent us an enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially relevant and then deleted. Client project data is retained under the terms of the individual engagement agreement.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business — hosting, email delivery and spam prevention — and only to the extent required. We do not transfer personal information to any party for their own marketing purposes.

Where your information is held

Because we operate in Australia and the United Arab Emirates, information may be stored or processed in either jurisdiction, and with hosting providers in other countries. We apply the same protections wherever it is held.

Client data and artificial intelligence

Where we build AI systems for clients, additional and stricter handling rules apply. Those are set out separately in our AI usage and data policy.

Your rights

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Functional cookies are used only to keep your session working and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery.
