Telegator

Telegator is a CRM that fills itself. It takes call logs from your calling team, works out which calls were real leads and what they were about, and updates the CRM record. It also pulls in enquiries from every other channel you use, so nothing arrives without a home.

The problem

Your calling team makes a hundred calls a day and logs perhaps thirty of them, at the end of the shift, from memory. Leads arrive from a website form, a WhatsApp message, a Facebook ad, an email and a phone call, and each lands somewhere different. So the pipeline is a partial fiction, follow-ups get missed because nobody knew they existed, and when a caller leaves, the relationships leave with them.

What it does

Telegator sits between your calling operation and your CRM. Call logs come in automatically, get transcribed and classified, and become structured CRM records with the outcome, the intent and the follow-up already filled in. Alongside that, multi-channel capture pulls enquiries from web forms, WhatsApp, social channels and email into one queue with deduplication, so the same person messaging twice does not become two leads. Managers get a live view of activity rather than a weekly report assembled by hand.

How it works

Calls are transcribed and then classified: was this a genuine lead, what were they asking about, what was the outcome, what needs to happen next. That is what removes the data entry the team was skipping anyway. Lead scoring ranks the follow-up list by likelihood to convert rather than by when the call happened, and duplicate detection across channels stops one person becoming three records.

How it fits your software

A web console for the team and for managers. Integrations into whichever CRM you already run, or Telegator's own if you do not have one worth keeping. Telephony integration handles the call log side; the multi-channel capture runs on the same integration layer we build for client projects.

What that means in practice

  • Call logging without the end-of-shift data entry the team was skipping
  • Leads from web, WhatsApp, social and email in one deduplicated queue
  • Follow-up list ranked by likelihood, not by call order
  • Works with your existing CRM rather than replacing it

Built with

  • Node.js
  • Python
  • React
  • PostgreSQL
  • AWS
  • S3

The same stack we build client projects on — which is the point.

Questions we get asked

Do we have to replace our CRM?

No. Telegator is designed to feed whichever CRM you already run. We only supply our own if you do not have one worth keeping.

How does it get our call logs?

Through your telephony platform. Calls are pulled in automatically, transcribed and classified, so the team is not logging anything by hand at the end of a shift.

Which channels can it capture leads from?

Web forms, WhatsApp, social channels and email, into one deduplicated queue — so the same person messaging on two channels does not become two leads.

Does it decide who to call next?

It ranks the follow-up list by likelihood to convert rather than by when the call happened. Your team still decides; the ordering just stops being chronological by accident.
