AI Agents & Workflow Automation

Take the repeated handling out of enquiries, documents and routine admin. We build workflow automation and AI agents that connect your systems, carry out defined tasks and send exceptions to the right person.

Discuss this service

Start with the work between your systems

An enquiry comes in by email, someone reads it, creates a CRM record, finds the right team and sets a reminder. None of those steps is difficult on its own. Repeating them throughout the day is where the time goes.

We map the triggers, decisions and handovers, then identify which steps can be automated. Fixed rules suit predictable tasks. AI can help interpret a message or document when the wording varies. An agent becomes useful when it needs to choose between a defined set of actions.

A practical enquiry-handling workflow

The system can read an incoming request, extract the relevant details, check for an existing customer and prepare the record for the right queue. Missing information goes to a person for review. A follow-up task can be created once the record is accepted.

Similar workflows can support supplier document entry, internal requests and draft customer replies. Telegator is a related product for lead information, call activity and follow-ups.

Decide what it is allowed to do

We agree which systems the automation can access, which fields it may change and which actions require approval. Sending a message or changing an important record should follow an explicit rule, not a vague instruction to an agent.

We also handle the less visible work: avoiding duplicate updates, retrying failed connections and keeping a history of actions. Your team needs to see what completed, what failed and what is waiting for a decision.

A typical workflow

  1. 01Receive an enquiry
  2. 02Prepare and route the record
  3. 03Review and approve the next step

What we would scope together

The exact work depends on your systems and the first useful release.

  • Workflow map covering triggers, decisions and exceptions
  • Integrations with the agreed CRM, email or business tools
  • Rules and AI tasks with defined permissions and approvals
  • Action history, failure handling and operational handover

AI Agents & Workflow Automation questions

Do we need an AI agent for every automation?

No. Scheduled tasks, API integrations and ordinary rules are often easier to maintain. We use AI where interpreting unstructured information adds value.

Can it send emails or update our CRM automatically?

It can where the platform supports it and you authorise that behaviour. We agree the permitted actions, approval requirements and checks for duplicate or incorrect updates.

What if one of our tools has no API?

We look at supported imports, exports or other integration options first. UI automation may be possible, but it is more sensitive to screen changes and needs its own maintenance plan.

Which task does your team keep doing by hand?

Show us where the information arrives, what happens to it and where it needs to end up. That is enough to start mapping an automation.
