How we work

Know what we are building. See how it is going.

A good project needs more than code. It needs a clear first release, regular decisions and a plan for what happens after launch.

  1. 01

    Understand the job

We look at who will use the software and what they need to do. Bring your current process, rough sketches or an existing system.

You get: A shared brief and the questions we need to answer.

  2. 02

    Agree the first release

We separate what is needed now from what can wait. For uncertain integrations or hardware, we may propose a small technical check first.

You get: Scope, deliverables, costs, milestones and acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Build and review

We show working screens and workflows at agreed checkpoints. You can test the important parts and tell us what needs adjusting.

You get: Software you can review, with progress and open decisions made clear.

  4. 04

    Test, launch and support

We check key user journeys, permissions and failure cases. We prepare the deployment, handover and support arrangement together.

You get: A release checklist, access and documentation, and an agreed support plan.

No guessing about the details.

Timelines depend on the scope and the decisions needed along the way. We agree payment milestones, source code ownership, third-party costs and support responsibilities in the proposal. If the scope changes, we explain the effect before doing the extra work.

Start with a short brief

Tell us what you need to build, who it is for and when you need it.

Clear scope. Working reviews. An agreed plan for support.
